Limited nearby entertainment options could be disappointing!!! Having a vehicle is almost mandatory here, making it less convenient for those relying on public transportation!!! Noise from neighboring rooms disrupted my downtime!!! Internet connectivity was frustratingly slow!!!

Spotlessly clean room with modern amenities. The King Room offered a comfy bed and a fantastic powerful shower. Robert and Isabelle's hospitality made me feel right at home. Every morning, their delicious cooked-to-order breakfasts featured fresh local ingredients and beautiful presentations, especially the poached eggs. I truly enjoyed the fresh cake left in my room daily, which paired perfectly with the tea. The quiet location allowed for peaceful nights, and access to Loch Ness was a pleasant stroll away. One downside was the limited options for snacks in the room, which felt a bit underwhelming given the overall excellence of the B&B. Some outdoor seating would have enhanced the experience, especially in nice weather.

Our 3-night stay was a dream! The homemade cakes daily were such a treat, and the cooked-to-order breakfasts were delicious. The room was upgraded and incredibly spacious, truly a relaxing escape.

Isabel and Robert were just fantastic. When we returned from a long day exploring, we would find fresh cake in our room , it felt like we were treated like royalty.

It wasn’t exactly cheap , but definitely worth it.

my stay at woodlands bed & breakfast was fantastic! the king room was very clean and comfortable, and i loved the cooked-to-order breakfast, which was absolutely delicious. it was also close to great walking paths and just a short stroll away from the town center.
